Affiliate Partner Prohibited Link Sharing & Posting Practices
This is an addition to the original Terms & Conditions document you agreed to when creating your Paykickstart Affiliate Account. It does not replace that agreement it is only some specific prohibited process when sharing your affiliate links.
1. Affiliate Partners are strictly prohibited from referring traffic directly to the 5DollarFriday.Org domain from any and all Paid To Click(PTC) traffic, banner or advertising systems. "Paid To Click" platforms are defined as any platform that incentivize their members with money or credits to click ads, click urls or visit your posted page.
2. Affiliate Partners are strictly prohibited from referring traffic directly to the 5DollarFriday.Org domain from any traffic vendors selling Bot Traffic. "Bot Traffic" is defined as traffic that are not real human visitors.
Most "Fake" or "Bot Traffic" is sold with the promise of thousands of clicks for a very small purchase price. Generally it is best to avoid or distrust low cost traffic.
3. Affiliate Partners are strictly prohibited from making any income or product performance claims. This is not only prohibited by us but is also prohibited by law.
4. Affiliate Partners are strictly prohibited from using any form of spam marketing.
- All email marketing must be permission based. Subscribers must have given consent to receive your marketing messages.
- No sharing of affiliate links on any platform, group and forum that prohibits the sharing of affiliate links.
- No sharing of your affiliate links directly to any person or persons without their agreed permission.
5. Affiliate Partners are strictly prohibited from making any false claims about 5 Dollar Friday, Frank Andres, its products or services.
6. We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions relate to this program. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this Site or announced on a live event for members, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of this program following the posting or announcement of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE PROHIBITED POSTING AND SHARING PRACTICES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR AFFILIATE ACCOUNT WITHOUT REFUND OR APPEAL.
You must submit a support ticket with the Subject Line - "I Agree to the prohibited sharing and posting terms"
Your account will be suspended and commissions will be witheld until your summit your agreement in writing.
